Have you ever seen a crime in progress?

How did you react? If you'd had more time to think about it would you have done something differently?

Yah,  there is not much you can do about it without getting stabbed, shot,  or jumped by 20 "soldiers".

I saw a couple of teenagers trying to smash the window of a jewellers with a small log. The log broke, the window didn't, and no-one in the jewellers noticed. I didn't do anything. That was on Huntingdon high street. A few years before that, down the road in St. Ives, a guy in a car tried to sell me some jewellery. I found a phone box (remember those?) and called the police.

  • We used to ask "Are you old enough to remember when the air was clean and sex was dirty?" then we progressed to "Do you remember when people robbed banks rather than banks robbing people?" and now you've come up with  another milestone: public phone booths. :D
