    I close my eyes and allow pictures to form... they can be anything... sometimes just shapes, clouds, fuzzy images, colours... but other times whole pictures.. The trick is to just allow it to happen, make no judgement on what picture is presented... sometimes scary things crop up... those are treated just the same as any other image.. no different.. *watching* the pictures helps stop you thinking other thoughts... Takes some training and doesn't work if you are very worried or stressed about something in particular but generally works.

  • I don't think I'm the first to say this but yes... The act of arriving can't be beat for several reasons... It's free, you don't need a script, it's natural, releases endorphins and sends you to sleep with a pleasant disposition... Oh, and non habit forming...
