By all rights are we not at war with Syria?

Or better put shouldn't we expect Syria to be at war with us?

  • The President isn't allowed to just launch missiles willy nilly for little to no reason other than provoke.
Launching 59 Tomahawk missiles at a nation  for no defensive reason is in and of itself an act of war.  You justify it by correctly stating he has the authority to use the military action in defence but this defensive to our safety or interests.   It's war mongering plain and simple.   You miss that fact.

How did you possibly infer that I am justifying his actions?

So far, no nation has declared that they are at war with us in response to what you categorize (rightly or wrongly) as an "act of war."

Wind you up and you ride off in all different directions.

  • Wrong again.      You obviously have little use for that grey matter between your ears.

I used to dance in an exhibition group.

Probably a waste of my time, but your turn.

  • I'm sorry..but I have to make an observation that has been lost & forgotten or that people just don't know...

The US has been trying to get regime change in Syria for a very long time...VERY LONG TIME

Qatar and Saudi Arabia want to put an oil pipeline right through Syria so they can sell oil to the European market.  Russia obviously does not want this to happen because it will shutdown the reliance the EU countries have on their Natural gas/Oil thus reducing leverage and dependency on Russia.

Now...we have a Republican Prez, Republican majority, and Rex Tillerson/ Exxon-Mobil chief as our secretary of state.

ARE WE CONNECTING THE DOTS YET???
