.....in the dream I had i was running for a cave in the mountains. I saw a silver flute laying on the trail, I reached to pick it up and the last I remember was that as I reached for it everything melted into oblivion. and now that i understand that if a nuclear strike came from N Korea it would probably hit the west coast where I live, the dream unfortunately might have relevance in such a situation. oh dear...
That's not always true. If you can see the base of it is the more telling feature. Just because you can see it on the horizon doesn't mean you were too close. Many can throw a cloud high enough to been seen over a hundred miles.
Rooster I remember that...LONG time ago...one arm around the top of your head, the other over the back of your neck.

I lived in Daytona just before the missile crisis with Cuba. We had those stupid drills. Now I would light up a bowl, have some Scotch and one last schtupp.

Science has proven that wood school desks provide safe refuge an atomic blast. They stop shrapnel, will not be moved by the blast concussion and will shield a child from intense heat.
I live too far away from a target so hopefully I wouldn't have to see it but if it did happen I would go to my fallout shelter and live off canned food and bottled water until it's safe to come out.
Since I live too far away from a target there wouldn't be any aftermath for me to see but the problem would be fallout so I wouldn't come out until the radiation goes down..
I see God's kingdom finally coming to intervene and stop the madness!! "In the days of those kings the God of heaven will setup a kingdom that will never be destroyed. And this kingdom will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it alone will stand forever." (Daniel 2:44)
