  • Hopefully a wake up call that the whole two party system is fracked and it's time to send the neo-cons and neo-libs to the garbage dump.   Hopefully we learn our lessons and don't let this happen again and get out of this globalist and corporatist poison.

  • I'm going to interject that under Obama's "confidence" laid a foundation of cowardice.

Does "tenacity" fit? I value this trait.

Trump's personal trait that he brought to Office as our CIC is his ability and willingness(as a businessman) to listen to both sides of the political aisle to deduce what's in the best interest of OUR country ....not what's in the best interest of the Republican party. UNLIKE our previous  Democrat CIC who's over confidence as just a Community Organizer, a state senator and then only an 18 month Junior Senator, felt only he as the Emperor with no clothes and his Democrat elders being the super majority only had all the answers to all that ailed our country and the world.....thus having no desire as our CIC to listen to Republicans opinions, ideas, thoughts, facts and solutions .therefore never once during his Administration willing to compromise with Republicans when he had the super majority as Trump has now as a Republican President..
Unfortunately for our country back then, President Obama being a Progressive unicorn and rainbow naive President(not ready to serve) thoughts were "we won and elections have consequences"....yes they do, so let the adults in this new Administration and our Generals in our Military DO THEIR JOB of cleaning up the mess the previous Administration of idealist teenagers left our country in. Ya know kind of like how a parent allows their "responsible" Honor Society, all A+ teenager  to stay home alone for the weekend because their teenager talk a good game of being responsible, and pleaded convincingly to their parents to allow them to stay home alone for the weekend because they had so much AP homework/essays to write....and then the parents coming home to a  completely trashed house after being called by the police because their "responsible" son/daughter had a house party of 50-100 teenagers on their property...all arrested for underage drinking...therefore the parents having to not only clean up the physical mess, but also having to deal with the legal mess and dealing with the mess of outraged parents, lawsuits etc.

You say "not ready to serve" while pointing at Obama? The other three are pointing at the orange buffoon behind you. He's so unfit that section 4 of the 25th Amendment is already being raised as a possibility.
Insecurity is something that can't be tolerated in a CIC, he's surrounded himself with trained seals and yes-men and throws a tantrum whenever somebody tells him "no".

LOL!!!!!  Impeachment of President Trump is ONLY being raised by the far left nonsensical Liberal Congresswomen/men like Maxine Waters etc.....who are only still in office because they represent far left districts in their states. You and your wicked smaaat liberal ilk do realize that in your imaginary world of thinking President Trump  will be impeached, does not result in Hillary becoming our President lol !!!! It means that our Vice President(Mike Pence, who's way more conservative minded than President Trump,is now in charge...and then when you all whine about Mike Pence as our CIC, then you get Paul Ryan and then when you all whine about Paul Ryan you get Orin Hatch and then when you all whine about Hatch you get Rex Tillerson....ALL REPUBLICANS!!!!
Man it never ceases to blow my mind how politically and history IGNORANT today's liberals are.
You do realize that the Republicans have the super majority...therefore it's impossible to impeach President Trump...eh but your wicked smaaat liberal politicians and liberal talking heads have successfully convinced you politically clueless Trump haters that it IS possible...just to get their "useful idiots" all riled up to RESIST a Trump Administration so  it will make the news to "prove" that the majority in our country are "anti-Trump"...and you fell for it as a "useful idiot".

Pence could move that impeachment motion HIMSELF, and probably will. Nobody is suggesting that anybody but a Republican will sit in the big chair before 2021, but Trump is an international embarrassment and there are already multiple grounds on which to impeach him.
    1. Treason. Russia still has nukes pointed at the USA.
    2. Libel. Making unfounded accusations.
    3. Racketeering. Investigations into Trump U are ongoing. He managed to duck the civil suit by throwing a bucket of money at it, but racketeering is a class one felony so it's harder to make that go away.
    4. Receipt of emoluments. That's actually unconstitutional, try reading Article I, section 9, clause 8 of the US Constitution.
    5. Interference with public records. As a private citizen he can do what he likes with his Twitter account, but as President it comes under the Federal Records Act so deleting tweets without departmental permission is technically illegal.

Although Mickey is an arch conservative, he's considerably more statesmanlike than his (current) boss, keeps his nose clean, doesn't make stupid bombastic claims and then repudiate them weeks later, isn't guilty of any actual crimes ...  This post was edited by Slartibartfast at April 26, 2017 7:39 PM MDT
