Have you heard that Randy D failed his first year of English in high school because his teacher was jealous?

This is the fifth in a series of untrue rumors. Want me to start a rumor about you? Send me $19.95 and a box of kleenex and I'll do it.

Soon Randy will come by and tell me kleenex should be capitalized.

Technically speaking, is that really me having failed the course based on my academics, or is it more like the teacher having unfairly given me a lower grade than the one I truly earned?  Hmmmm.

    (I also do philosophy.)

I don't think it matters if there's an "F" on your report card. For shame.

It was obviously lower than you truly earned but the fact remains that you had to repeat the class...oh wait, it isn't fact. This is a lie. I get facts and lies confused on AM so often because they are often used synonymously by some members.

Unless they're Trumpettes, in which case they're not "lies", they're "alternative facts".

That rumor about Randy isn't accurate. I heard from a reliable source that he failed English because on multiple occasions the teacher caught him red handed playing with his tilde in class.

Oh my gosh, I hope my answer isn't considered to be one of those "sexual inuendos" that was recently frowned upon. With right hand in the air, I swear it was intended to be a punctuation related answer. This post was edited by ProblemCh1ld at May 6, 2017 6:11 PM MDT
