Do you notice small, seemingly trivial, things or does it take something hugely enornous to get your attention? Why?

I observe everything. I love to watch the world from my front porch and see all of the things happening around me. Few things are trivial to me.

That second comma doesn't belong there at ALL!

I guess that means I only go for the small.

Do you notice small (seemingly trivial) things. That's my question. Whether I set those words apart in parentheses OR choose to set them apart by the use of commas, they are both correct. Geez Louise Randall. Geez Louise. Geez. :(

    Rosie:

    1. That second comma doesn't belong there at ALL!

    2. The incorrect comma is not correct.

    3. You may have missed the irony in my answer; I noticed the small, seemingly trivial thing.  Relax; I was joking.

    4. Grow a sense of humor and don't take yourself so/too seriously, and not necessarily in that order.

Since I have no attention span that I am aware of, I notice only things that slap me in the face or fall on my head.
