    If they openly say they want complete obedience then yes. What I can't stand is when they pretend they value your input, but secretly just want a yes man.

    I'm fine following orders so long as I have no responsibility for the success of the project. What I can't stand is when someone makes me do things their way but then blames me for their failure.
