I like it, i blanch it, then take a pan, saute in a spoon of oil, mustard seeds, split dry red chilies, add some freshly crushed garlic and voila...Awesome greens....ready to eat;))
I like it in a salad with other greens, dried cherries or cranberries, leftover chicken chunks, shredded carrots and a light dressing. It's really very healthy.
The only way I'll eat Kale is if it's been coated with olive oil and sea-salt, then toasted. I like greens and spinach is awesome! I love fiddle-heads, too.
