I doubt Trump actually has the tapes. He was just messing with Comey's head. He just wanted Comey to sweat about catching a perjury charge. I bet he bluffed him.
Comey is a lying piece of sh*t. He has just back peddled like crazy to cover his ass.
If the tape is real, forensic analysis can detect tampering.

I disagree with your answer completely TZ. So what, right? However I would like to pursue your last sentence. So what you are saying is that forensic analysis of a tape will ALWAYS show whether or not it was fooled around with? That is comforting. Trump lies all the time about everything. Just ONCE I wish he did have tapes so was telling the truth and were FORCED to relinquish them. That way we could all hear who was a lying piece of sh** and who was telling the truth. Alas, alack that will not ever happen I guess. Anyway thank you for your reply and the information I sought. That was helpful and I appreciate it. Tape tampering can be detected ALL THE TIME! Well obviously if Trump does have a tape, it supports his side of the story. If Trump were guilty, he wouldn't self incriminate.
He is either psychologically attacking Comey with the fear of exposing Comey's perjury or he actually can expose Comey's perjury.
Comey's has shown signs of being intimidated by the possibility of a tape existing. He tried to play poker with Trump and he lost.
Faking a tape well enough to hold up to forensic analysis is semi impossible. The deep state might be able to do it, though it clearly doesn't work for Trump.
