I'm a crime show enthusiast but can't watch that one. The narrator's voice creeps me out.

Once we stayed for awhile in Extended Stay...I became obsessed with Forensic Files ....my hubby got really petrified seeing my almost fanatic obsession...I watched at a stretch for 5 days;))

Leave him!  Immediately!  Don't just sit there incredulously staring at the screen wondering if I've gone stark raving mad, pack your things and GET OUT!

If I allowed myself, I would be watching it 24/7, in conjunction with Deadly Women on the ID channel.  I regret I didn't realize forensic medicine was an option for a career when I was a kid.  That is my dream job.

Never...I'll just stick with re-runs of NCIS and Seinfeld.

Funny that you mention Forensic Files.  When I had full cable and got all the channels, I would watch NCIS, Hawaii Five-O and similar reruns On Demand if there was nothing else on.  Now that I've gone to basic cable and get mostly the regular over-air stations, I've had to find new things to watch as my On Demand now is just current reruns.  I'ce started watching forensic Files.  Not bad.

If I see the first thirty seconds of an episode, I'm hooked! That show grabs me in every time!
A marathon of it? I'd watch a lot, I bet.

When I first stumbled across it a few years ago, I could easily watch 3-5 shows in a block.  Similar issue with Joe Kenda (Homicide Hunter), but 3 hours (3 shows) was about it.

Lately I respond to Law & Order, Criminal Intent and Criminal Minds much the same way

Edit:  I seldom had time to watch any of the above when they were originally broadcast. This post was edited by tom jackson at June 8, 2018 8:53 PM MDT
