    Yes at least to the point where they have gotten everyone else off the ship first. There was a cruise ship caption who abandoned ship without helping the passengers/crew and I believe he was charged with a crime. Not sure which crime it was specifically though.

    I may be a whimp, but I almost drowned as a child, and there's no way, NO WAY, I would go down with the ship. Besides, they all have life jackets now.
