    Few places do. In fact, I can only think of one and I never remember which one it is, so I never get stuffed crust. :/

    In my experience "stuffed crust" is a gimmick used by pizza restaurants with bad pizza.

    None of the pizza restaurants (near me) that have good pizza, have "stuffed crust" pizza.  And they are always busy, so I don't think their businesses are going to fail anytime soon.

    EDIT: As far as I know, only PizzaHut and Dominoes have "stuffed crust" pizza.  And I wouldn't order anything from them.
    DiGiorno has it (store bought) ... and they're okay.  Still not as good as a good pizza restaurant, though.
