I am not a shallow person, but I just cannot bear ugly shoes.. how about you? DO shoes bother you?

My daughter's prom Friday... she has a lovely blue dress, didn't cost much but nice... she will be having her hair done...costs more than the dress!  But she just has the most ugly shoes imaginable.... and while I don't generally go around staring at people's shoes but these are ugly... and it's not even a generational thing..you know, old mum doesn't understand teen fashion... it's not that they are too high... far from it... and i know I shouldn't mind... but  ALL her shoes are always ugly...I just don't get why her otherwise good taste seems to disappear when it comes to shoes!! 

My own shoes aren't the height of fashion... but I do like nice shoes

    Im not much into shoes, especially being a female. So no, ugly shoes dont bother me.

    well the funny thing is... it's not like I have a huge collection... I don't... just a few, and it's not that mine are fabulous... but these are seriously ugly :(

  • I wonder this very often when observing women at my work place.  Some are so ugly I snicker.  Others look painful, and unstable, to wear.

    Eww like those shoes with the one big pointy toe? Those are horrendous. Crocs are pretty gross, too.
