Russia and Israel are the only two countries with favorable opinions of the US prez. I wonder why?

What do those two countries see that hundreds of other countries worldwide do not? Guesses?

    Not quite. For some unfathomable reason, he's actually more popular in the Philippines and Vietnam than he is at home. Much of Africa has confidence in him, too.
