Very much so. I will sit on my front porch quite often watching and listening to them. I even heard our neighborhood Hawk screeching a couple of weeks ago.

I like the sound when it's melodic.  Sometimes, there are so many birds in the tree outside my house that it's a cacophony of sound and at 2:30 AM it's irritating as all get-out.

yes but unfortunately the construction outside ruined it, they make so much noise you cant hear anything , not even birds, i think the birds dont like the noise either cause they dont seem to be around

Pearl, it has become a problem for me.  Every time I see your name, I fear what I am about to read.  It is always a downward sadness.  This morning your life made me weep.  Really Pearl, what can I do to help you????
I am so sorry you can't even allow yourself to hear the birds sing.
Please understand this has everything and nothing to do with you.  Sometimes when I see you here, I leave.  Your life literally has that emotional effect on me.
I truly hope some day you will be able to wake up and see the bright side of a day and hear the birds sing.  Buy a bird feeder.  A small one at Lowes, Home Depot, Ace, Walmart, Walgreens, a pet store, whatever you have in your town and spend 5 dollars on the feeder and 5 dollars on a bag of bird seed.  Hud homes does allow you to feed the birds.  I already checked.  They do.  You are not their prisoner.  The birds are free.  You CAN do this and maybe there will be life and some happiness for you every day.  I really, really, hope the best for you.
P.S.  If you don't have the 10 dollars, Don and I will send you the money.
DON"T worry.  I can send it to the nearest post office.  None of want nor need to know where you live.  I just sincerely want you to have a little happiness and glimmer of hope in your life.

I own 6 parakeets that sing all day long.  It is very cheery too.

They warble and chirp.  Not too loud usually.   They love the vacuum cleaner and noise for some reason.

Come on over, you will be charmed.  They don't do any bad.  They don't even make poops that are not contained.  They are just so cute.  Cute, I say.

Aw, I have two Parakeets that I bought for my Macaw to keep him company when he is in his cage, which is only at night. They love to talk and sing and carry on. My Macaw doesn't sing, he talks and screeches, lol.

No.  I don't know why but I don't find it pleasant.  I like listening to rain better.

I love the sound of rain. Birds tweeting doesn't do anything for me.
