    Well, to be totally honest, I've never even tried shooting an apple off someone's head before, but I can tell you for sure that it's better if you stay still. Hmm.... then again, my hands are a little shaky. Maybe you should try moving side to side a bit, but try to keep in tune with my hands, ok?
