I am going to ask a really short question.

Here is why. Some here think that this is a place to write their life's history or a master's thesis. I know most of us like short, succinct questions and get right to the point. I am the same way. I don't bother with all of the boring drivel that others do in their diatribes. I hope you are ready for my really short question as my fingers are cramping with all of this typing. Here goes:

Why did I write all that crap?

  • Cabinet Makers are considered the "Elite" of the carpenters trade,
    are well paid and have an excellent labor union behind them.  Not all bad!

    I don't mind the relatively longer question as much as I mind the six paragraph answers that don't always answer the question.

    O.K. this is the deal with me.  I have many angles on any certain question.  I like to be thorough in my answers.  I think in complete sentences and I write as I think.  I like to type.  I know many don't read them all the way and please don't tell me if you don't.  It would hurt my feelings.
    Now see?  Wouldn't that sound really crass and choppy coming from me?! 
    A lot of it is personal writing style. It may or may not show your personality but your readers come to know and expect something they are used to from you as a friend and/or a person with help to any given question.
