It would fail to create anything - except a mess!

Abolish biology: How? People will still be of either male of female sex (not "gender" - we are not French abstract nouns!) and of one or another race - or of course of mixed race.

Abolish culture... That what ISIS, the Khmer Rouge and the Taliban, and others like them - try or tried to do.
Communist countries do not try to abolish culture, but they try to control and warp it to fit their political and social theories and dogma. (The Nazis acted in the same way.)

Abolish patriotism. To me, patriotism is genuine love of one's own country whilst respecting others, not hard-line national supremacy of the type espoused by the Nazis. Most people are patriotic by nature, even if honest about their own countries' faults and weaknesses - none are perfect. In fact Communist governments have always lauded patriotism to bolster loyalty to the state.

Abolish religion. That is indeed a Communist ideal, though one extremely hard to enforce. If anything the more they try to suppress religion, the more the faithful try to protect it.

I am not sure what sort of society we would have if it fulfilled all your criteria - it may or may not be socialist, but life would be desperately shallow and boring, and utterly inhumane. It would treat people as mere automata with no individuality and of no value beyond their rigidly-controlled work - but it would not last more than a few decades having abolished sex in its true meaning, hence reproduction.

The nearest parallels would be something like a blend of the USSR under Stalin, Germany under Adolf Hitler, China during Chairman Mao's 'Cultural Revolution', ISIS and Cambodia under Pol Pot. Of these, the last two approached the nearest. Put simply - a horrifying, terrifying dystopia.
