Have you ever sued a doctor or hospital for a medical mess-up?

I thought about it, but the lawyers advised me that it would be like attacking a lunatic asylum with a banana. Class actions can work, individuals never win - it keeps getting appealed, adjourned etc until the money runs out. This post was edited by Slartibartfast at July 26, 2017 7:57 PM MDT
