We need to hold those in power accountable for their crimes. 

Pence is dumb, but the US can stand that -  you put up with eight years of Dubya.
He's not orange, keeps his nose clean, is unlikely to assault the leaders of allied foreign nations, doesn't have an itchy Twitter finger, isn't receiving kickbacks from foreign dignitaries who stay in his hotels, hasn't obstructed justice ... utterly more Presidential than the idiot currently in the big chair, even if his daughter is a vampire. Gerald Ford wasn't brilliant either, but a million times better than Tricky Dick.

The establishment doesn't fear Pence because they know he can be controlled. He is not independently wealthy and therefore would either not be reelected or have to sell out. It doesn't matter what his views are. The system fears Trump because he has no need to kiss their ring.

The left (and their corporatist controllers) instinctively fear the empowered individual. They can sense he doesn't care what they think. He will not pander to their codes of political correctness. Everything about him is a rebellion.
