     Which is why you are so much smarter than a lotta folks m'dear. Maybe distance lends perspective? I'm gonna ask that question. Maybe we Americans are too close to the issue. Thank you for your reply Addb! :)

    Anyone is nothing without their base.

    Most people are just spectators. About 10% of the population on the left and 10% on the right are the root cause of everything that happens in politics. The other 80% might support one political party or another but they're on the sidelines, not in the game.
