What comes immediately to mind when someone is walking down the street carrying a Bible?

Is their nurse in attendance or have they escaped.

RUN!

That there is a strong possibility that they are religious, or interested in religion. I do try not to assume anything, they might be bringing it to a friend, but it would cross my mind that they might have it because they want to read it.

Reminds me of the 'Johnny Appleseed' cartoon I saw back in 1960.

The guy is heading to the park for lunch break. It's a fake bible;  when he opens the cover there's his two baloney sandwiches and a beer.
