Yea I kinda can... in that I kinda went off it a while back.. seem to prefer tea these days... I think what did it for me was.. we have a personal coffee machine in our office.. a nespresso.. but no milk... and I prefer milk.. and I never did quite find capsules that didn't just taste bitter and nasty.. so I stopped drinking it.. easy :P

  • Ooophh, tough choices.

I don't know what would I do if I stopped drinking coffee. I tried once for many months by having tea as a substitute. It didn't turn out well. But, I do have a cup of tea at night when I wanna read something. In fact, I'll be making a chamomile tea in a few. :)

  • You're new here, so let me say that "Terms of Service" Rule #5 says "Lastly, you can’t say anything bad about coffee. That’s just not cool."

The Boss/Owner, of this site,  REALLY, REALLY likes coffee!!  So tread carefully with the coffee comments.  You never know what kind of mood she might be in.  Anyway, on to my answer ...

"I couldn't possibly survive without my coffee for even a day!!

Oh, I'd survive, but I can't make any guarantees about those around me.

    I can't go a DAY without coffee.

Get off opioids, check. After the operation I no longer needed them.
Get off nicotine, check. Harder, but I did it.
Get off caffeine - ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?

I can go without a lot of things.  You'd be surprised.

I could, but I would rather not.  I have two cups in the morning and that's usually all for the day.  I have found that if I go two days without, I get a headache from the lack of caffeine.
