OMG Dont talk about the king that way. I used to have the biggest crush on Elvis when i was 13. My girlfriend and i used to stay up and watch old movies of his and cry with pains of lurv every time we saw a kissing scene. (we were real wieners back then) I still feel something for him deep down in my soud.
Here's a singer who actually went to prison I believe, not that it's something to brag about. I think he was in and out if jail as a teen and escaped once and got arrested for burglary and sentenced to 15 years, but only served 2 years in San Quentin. So I guess Merle Haggard has kinda lived these songs.

Sorry, this song just reminds me of my older brother. He liked older country music and so he'd get me to play these songs with him on guitar. They were all before my time and I listened to top 40 stuff usually, but I would play along and he loved them and I started to like them too eventually. : )
