    It's better than tilde's.

(that is an accent, not an apostrophe'.)

    1.  I fell on my left elbow and chipped the olecranon process years ago.  I can still feel the chip indent.

Wow...I did the same thing...to both elbows. For years I could feel the bone fragment in one of them.

    2.  Answer continued.

I am able to do a much deeper tissue massage with my left elbow than my right because it is pointier.

    3.  I don't have a three.

Left and right confuse me so I painted 'P' in green for port on my left elbow and 'S' in red for starboard on my right elbow.
So if someone says 'turn left at Main Street' supposed to mean I  turn green.

Wish I'd thought of giving the boys' brigade coloured armbands to tell which way to left turn or right turn.

We just made any confused lads keep the right arm held straight up until they got the hang of it.

Oh. Maybe that's why I failed the exam to become Admiral.

I tore a tenant in my left shoulder a while back,  so my right elbow works more effectively now.

Tenent?  You have people paying rent to live in your limbs?  I call the thighs!

Yeah, why did you have a tenant living in your left shoulder?

My right elbow is on my right arm, but my left elbow is on my left arm.

Sorry, but I cannot think of any funny or surprizing differences.

You switched elbows, I see. Why do you insist on being different?

I'm not being mean, and Shirley is my sister's name; we're identical twins, but she was born 11 days before I was, and in a different city.

    1. I have a mole on my right elbow, which is how I learned to tell right from left.
    2. I have a bruise on my left elbow, I don't know how I got it and it serves no purpose.
    3. When I lift something like a cup of coffee with my left hand, my left elbow sticks straight out. It has something to do with the muscles that were disabled when I had my shoulder replaced. I don't know if this will get better or not.
