Usually it's sauteed in a wok on the stove over high heat. You can also use a skillet/pan and cook it over regular heat. That's what I do. Do you want a recipe for it Veena?
Nah...Sharonna, most of indian ingredients like turmeric, asafoetida, cumin seeds, liberal use of fresh ginger, garlic...all this keeps us gas-free;))
