Hypothetical Question: Can you plead temporary insanity and get away with it if you kill someone for asking annoying questions?

How about if you're pretty? And pregnant?

    I will take on your case.  First we will build it around the fact that your insanity is not temporary.  You were driven insane and ultimately pushed into killing because the amount of stupid questions has been occurring since the inception of this site.  Don't worry.  I'll handle everything.  I'll get you declared legally insane and placed into the best facility around.  Then, in about 20 years, I'll have you claimed competent to stand trial and I'll get you acquitted because by that time, no one will remember or care who Jaim.., er, the person you killed, was.
