It's refreshing to see people truly living in the moment and appreciative of every single thing and person around them. We need more of that. I want to be like that too.
I dislike being online to talk to someone when I have a nice phone with great reception, 3 email addresses on my computer and a mailbox outside of my house. It has been almost 10 years now, he should do something crazy and contact me. What is the problem?
smoking cigarettes and now smoking that other stuff in the tube....Vaporized because of whatever reason they think it is less toxic? ...read a report somewhere that there was arsenic ( or something toxic) in the vaporized stuff?? ...give up the addiction of being a pawn for the tobacco industry not healthy at all... just my opinion.
Taking selfies, making an idiot out of yourself getting drunk in public, arguing about (not discussing) politics, becoming seemingly outraged because a total stranger doesn't think the way I do, posting overly revealing images and information on the internet, dog birthday parties, having so many children in your home you have no idea where they all are at any given time. The list goes on and on.
I don't understand the appeal of using snapchat/instagram/etc. to capture every single waking moment of your life. When I'm out with friends and see three or four cell phones in my face recording our activities or conversations I always wonder if they're even listening at all. I just don't understand the joy of sharing my personal life and what I'm having for breakfast with everyone I've ever encountered...
There are 100 of them. A couple: going to the mall (just because), going on a ride (to nowhere), buying $6 cups of coffee, watching almost any TV show, caring about celebrities.
When we were teens we would go on a ride sometimes. When we would have a new car we would go on rides, and even invite people to go with us. But now? I haven't had a new car since 2003 so if/when I do buy another car I just might want to go for a ride. I have a neighbor who still will sometimes invite me to take a ride. I told her I would go but we had to have at least one adventure.....she always agrees to that. :)
