Do you have any cool pictures of fall from wherever you are?

I just took some pictures of the leaves to send to a friend and I really love this time of year.
Do you have any nice pictures of trees in the fall that I can look at?
Thanks. : )

  • Hey Pearl.
Just look at the tool bar above where you type your reply.
There should be a button that says upload with a little square with mountains in it.
Push that then select gallery or wherever your pictures are stored then your photos should come up.
Select the pictures of cool looking trees, press on them and it will automatically upload to where you type your reply.
    Good luck. : )

The season is "autumn". It's spring down here right now. This post was edited by Slartibartfast at September 30, 2017 12:02 PM MDT

It's the same in the Winter.  Also Spring and Summer.

Isn't Florida mostly underwater at this time of year?

Sidney has a mean temp of 70 I hear.

South Florida, where I lived had about a 50 degree span.  90's at the height and about 50 to 40 at the most chilly.

  • That's awesome!!!
Someday I hope to go check out Florida.
    Hopefully during the Canadian winter.
    Thanks Thriftymaid.

We were directly in the path but it took a step to the East right before it got here so the eye missed us.  Miraculously my house was not harmed and my area had no flooding.  There was flooding South of the harbor; I'm on the North side.  I have seen some serious destruction though.

    That was a close call.

  • California is not exactly known for its fall color. For the most part, if you see color in California, you're looking at non-native trees and they can be few and far between in the wild. But while the hills of the Napa Valley and their native California trees don't change color, the grapevines do and it can be quite stunning:

I didn't take this photo, but it is a nice one. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at September 30, 2017 10:32 PM MDT

This was last year. We're not really in full autumn glory here yet.

  • Hmm...that's beautiful.
I like to think that the leaves are Chips. LoL!
Like the orange ones are "Barbecue chips" and the reddish leaves are "Ketchup chips" that we have here in Canada.
I know I'm weird, but the colored leaves make me hungry. : )
    Where are you from?

That's funny. What are the yellow ones, lemon? Not mustard, I hope. Mustard is yuk.

    I'm from Trumpland. :(

  • Oh the yellow trees to me look like either Scalloped potatoes.

Or like buttered popcorn from a distance. : )

Fall makes me sooo hungry, LoL!
    Thanks.

  • Good point.
The pretty trees don't last long here anyway, but once the leaves fall to the ground it's fun to drive through them and watch them all fly up in the air behind the truck. : )
