Here in Phoenix? Temperature over 105 for the last 2 weeks? At least? Well never. Unless you need groceries. Then you need 2 striped sweaters. Because it is 105 outside and 80 in the grocery store. That is like 25 degrees colder. That is like the North Pole.
There's never a bad time to wear a striped anything ;)
Not now in the hottest weeks of Summer, unless you happen to be in Australia, southern Africa, or Argentina where the seasons are reversed and it is actually Winter.
