To avoid legal trouble, you gotta give it to 'em or face the always annoying ACLU.

You would? Even if Donald Trump were there and asked you ever so sweetly to take them in including him? Thank you for your reply m2c. At some point your integrity is going to be on the line and you will have to decide what would Jesus do..and stop defending what the Doofus Donny do. I'm shocked that you haven't reached that point yet. I am.

#1. Trump would not be there
    #2. Trump would not ask.
But in the strictest hypothetical sens: No, I would not allow them.

Tell them to take the highway.   Or the low way but not this way.

    GET OUT AND STAY OUT.

"Sorry. No room at the inn. We just ran out of all our food. You will have to go elsewhere. Go with God. Godspeed."   Or I'd say "get the he** outta here". Depends on my mood. Thank you for your reply and the graphic Shar.

I would have to value their right to believe in what they believe in, even though it is different than what I believe in. Since it's  a group that might get out of control, or maybe have protesters outside, I would need to be prepared with security and a plan in place if things get out of control.  This post was edited by ally at October 1, 2017 12:19 PM MDT

I do not value anything hate groups believe ally. To me they are all beastly and evil and I want nothing to do with them. But your wanting to be prepared with security makes sense. I think all haters are mentally unstable..loose cannons..who can go off in any direction at any time at anyone and cause chaos/havoc/death.  I certainly wouldn't feed them or let them sleep in a bed. They would bring their stench of hatred with them and contaminate everything. Thank you for your reply and Happy Sunday! :)

I would have to uphold the first amendment of the constitution of the USA, right to free speech, I don't have the same values as these hate groups, but they have their right to peaceably assemble, if things gets out of control, then force can be used.

I know honey. We've been pals for how many years now? I knew what you  meant and honestly I'd be hard-pressed to say anything less than that! I probably would though because I'm a slender old lady but you are  a guy and I doubt you'd get any flak back! Thank you for your reply Zack and Happy Sunday! :)

If they can pay all the charges, and abide by the terms and guidelines set forth in my facility’s service agreement, Id be glad to take their money.

If that was all it amounted to?  Sure.

But that is not what it will amount to.  There will be dissent and havoc in your establishment and I as a customer would not ever darken your door again.

It's like Chick Fill A.  Screw them and the homophobes they rode in on.

Its certainly a matter of perspective, isn’t it?
Some people call Evangelical Republicans a hate group, and I would gladly rent to them.

Listen, as one who’s career was managing commercial property, let me tell you the devil is in the details. I pointed out the service terms for a reason. These are the guidelines that protect our/my business. This is why establishments turn down fringe extremist groups, because its entirely legal to refuse service to “unsuitable inquiries”, based on any number of qualifiers. And certainly wouldn’t be much of a hotelier if I risk damaging my business. Not every group of bipeds is worthy of my service. None are owed it.  This post was edited by Don Barzini at October 1, 2017 10:13 AM MDT

Gee, Rosie, I'm sorta confused here. When you asked a similar question,  I responded that I wouldn't do business with people if it would aid them to do something I was opposed to, part of your comment to me was 'Should every customer being vetted by the FBI before you sell to him/her? Slippery slope.' Now it kinda sounds like you agree with me and I know that can't be right.

If it's a right wing hate group, then you'd be running the risk of some left wing hate group attacking your premises. However the self same left wing group would attack you if you refused them.

I would have a sign posted that management reserves the right to refuse service.
