AHHHHHHHHH Im jealous. Ive been trying to quit smoking cigars for years and go on and off them all the time. RIght now im off them, using nicotine lozenges to curb the craving. Now im hooked on those. Cant win for losing i guess. LOL

You have to really want to quit because it isn't easy.  Six of us in the office I was working in at the time made the decision to do it together.  We went for one hypnosis session.  Two went back to smoking relatively soon after that.  I don't know about the others as I changed jobs, but the last cigarette I smoked was the one I had just before the hypnosis session.

At school I used to bite the plastic tops off pens and stick paper clips down my nails. I think the habits just died a natural death.

The slip-up was that the teacher would think I was eating something, but I actually ended up messily spitting out the bits of plastic.
