Discussion»Questions»Emotions» Do you get angry real quickly and then regret it when all turns to ashes? Or are you contained and keep the burining in the ulcers?
I don't get angry very often, but when I do get angry, it's often characterized by a fast-forming flare-up that dies out as quickly as it arose. So I do sometimes regret that.
I try to stay away from issues that anger me. Yesterday it was forced upon me to react. We got over it. I was not allowed that outlet with my first wife, which is one of the reasons I dumped her.
wait -- that's not a movie based on a Stephen King short novel is it? I'm thinking I read something close to that title and maybe I did see the movie if it's a King story.
Neither. I don't argue. I say what I want to say and am usually finished. Of course I listen to other people but I don't do the back and forth ya ya ya ya like preschoolers either. I was shocked when I realized some adults never grew out of it. Some like to say they don't do drama, but it is their specialty. Anyway, I live in peace one way or the other.
