Sure, you can put alcohol into the dough which will retain flavor, but like the others have said the actual alcohol will be gone by the time you bake your bread.
Nope. Alcohol (ethanol) boils at 173 degrees at sea level air pressure. Baking requires MUCH higher temperatures.
