You're slowing down CP. The usual answer would be none, as they live at opposite poles. My answer is Zoo polar bears will eat as many as you toss at them.

You are correct sir, they do live at opposite poles. I forgot to put an (if) in my question if I asked it this way.
IF Polar BEars and Penguins lived together, how many Polar Bears can a Penguin eat. ;)

Not very many if they are wrapped still in those horrid foil packing that's suppose to protect the chocolate......not to forget also that polar bears are not allowed into sweet shops to buy then near the North Pole......
Another more natural reason is it's far to far to swim just to snack on a real penguin treat......:)D

These days it depends on how soon the zookeeper finds out that one has escaped into the other's cage.

But prior to 1884 (when it's believed that the Great Auk went extinct) probably just one a day as that would be all they could fine. (OK, it was only called a penguin, not a member of any of the species found in the Antarctic, but close enough.)
