The last time you happened to have some extra money lying around, what did you do with it? ~

I always have some money lying around just because sometimes I need some money. For example, the utility bill has to be paid in cash. I have been telling them for years that one day I will no longer be able to walk to the office and they really should charge it to my debit card. After three years they announced that they will accept that, but they want a cancelled check and an extra $3.50 per month for the convenience. Well, I don't have checks, and they save $5 a month by not mailing paper bills, so I refuse to pay an extra $3.50 for THEIR convenience!

Bought myself a NY bagel with cream cheese and a large coffee.   I'm a Jew.  I don't "happen" to have extra money just lying around.  I makes it works for me!
