    It would reduce the amount of questions I ask. Also, the Universe would continue to operate quite well even if His theories had not been discovered.

    Up to about twenty years ago there was no general agreement that Einstein's theory was correct. Modern science is so firmly based on commanding what is right, rather than proving it, that we still can't be certain that we know anything. Any attempt to question the current model is attacked with insults and nonsense.
