Sure! Loudly and clearly to all and anyone within ear distance and reads. I've reported them having wild senses of humor and me laughing to the point of tears!! I think I've reported "cracking up" more often than not. I report things like this about my friends here all the time :D :D :D!
I know what you meant and absolutely not. I've yet to find anyone that has annoyed me so much I felt the need to. Even if I did run across a person like that, I would take it upon myself just to steer clear of them. Just because I don't enjoy their actions or sense of humor doesn't mean someone else might.
If someone came to me and said, "so and so is bothering me and I don't know how to get out of it...." I would in a heartbeat and would assist them any way possible.

No, I've never reported anyone here. I was asked to once or twice to in the first few months I joined here by a moderator, instead of freaking out at people. I still freak out at people occasionally, but just delete it once out of my system...it works for me.
I think once to prove a point. I don't really think reporting is necessary and I don't really condone it to be honest. Unless it' dick pics and chit like that. Otherwise let people handle it themselves. No need to call the teacher.
