There are many elements that come into play here.  In fact, I bet I could come up with about 99 of them ;)~
    It really depends on:
Was there an element of surprise?
Were you looking forward to it?
    Were you provoking her?
    Did you assist her?
    Is your a$$ worth grabbing?
Was there money passed between you two for the pleasure?
Did it lead to many other sexual actions?
    How old is she?

I bet if you found a good lawyer and paid a pretty penny you could.  If not, I'm pretty sure it falls under the "Until death do us part" law.  I think she always has permission.  However, unluckily for you, if the shoe were on the other foot, look out!
I'm sorry to say but with winks and smiles, your stuck with her bringing you happiness by grabbing your personal parts.

    She Who Must Be Obeyed.

Incidentally, "yes dear" is an automatic response, it translates as "I'm not listening".

I think I learned that from my Dad.  Sometimes he would say that and end up giving mom the most amazing gifts.  Christmas presents were always big for her, from him !!

At marriage, the couple now belong to each other. As the bible puts it they "become one flesh". (genesis 2:24)doesn't mean one will always be in the mood when the other one makes a pass.
