So the UN voted to condemn the US for recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
Yawn. Big surprise. Most UN member nations hate the US and Israel. As UN ambassador Nikki Haley said, it's a toothless action and won't make any difference. Why should anyone lose sleep over this?
You really have to wonder about an organization that appoints a famous actress to be a feminist ambassador to itself, and she carries out her office by discussing her body parts in tv interviews.
The United Nations has long been a failed international organization whose words rarely match its actions. Staffed by dictators and tyrants, the UN has ignored some of the worst atrocities in the world, allowing and even sanctioning mankind’s vilest vices. Who places the most funds into the UN? The United States of course. 22 to 25%. There are a 193 nations in the UN and America funds a quarter of the UN's budget? What's wrong with this picture. The UN's anti-Israel obsession has officially become an excuse for anti-Semitism. I say, get the UN out of the United States and stop funding it. If the other countries want to continue, do it somewhere else.
What the UN thinks coupled with a dollar will buy you a cup of coffee. I'm one that doesn't give a tinker's dam about the UN. It's been a nasty joke since 1946. They exist to condemn the US in everything that comes up. We should withdraw all financial and diplomatic support and bulldoze it into the East River. Let them set up shop elsewhere.
