  • "No" ... covers for cars that do not breathe (waterproof) collect moisture
     underneath them and give you, perhaps, the same problem you are trying to avoid.

  • Not an exact cut and fit, no,
    but I have covered a car seat in plastic on the odd occasion when I've had to transport something wet.
