Is silliness a prerequisite for AnswerMuggers

Or is it simply something that comes with the Q & A forum territory? And as preordained as little kids and pets running out into the road and getting squelched by ten-wheelers.

    No, but it certainly helps. Perhaps put the preordainedness on par with the results of large vehicle incidents in Pet Semetary. 

    I looked online and there's a woman offering silliness classes. Or, at least she was in 2010. Ok, it was one go of it, but still. Anyway, here.

    And what are you insinuating from your lofty perch, that you are so above-it-all?

    It takes quite a talent to be "silly".   Some comedians are rich because of that gift.

    Silly is not necessarily boring and stupid.   

    It can be, then it is plan irritating.  Tread carefully.

    I have observed that certainly there's a strong current of humour on this site.. It's been proven that humor tends to be associated with intelligence and certainly the ability to manipulate language to produce humour or silliness is a skill..  

    I hope you appreciated the seriousness of the above.. no silliness involved whatsoever :P

    I have found the tone on answerMug is not alone.  It travels harmoniously with humor and intelligence.  Being able to identify with either or both of these traits will bring you justice. 
    Most people live with enough on their plates.  They don't come to have controversy or debates but rather a friendly exchange of thoughts and humor to embrace.
    Some questions are simple and some are not. Luckily, there are categories and you can choose whichever one might fit you mood.

  • Silliness is no prerequisite for Muggers, but there's no intelligence test either.

    When people get bored here, they often start getting silly, and many seem to treat it as good-hearted banter.

    On the other hand, quite a few of us just ignore it.
