Me too but it was given up (or rather, not re-applied for and given up) for medical reasons.  They're still pertinent, so there will be no application for another one in the very near future.  

I am SO sorry.  I hope you are comfortable and happy still.   I am glad, though, that you didn't get stuck in some kind of forceful situation where your license was taken without your consent. 

But health issues make me want to give you my heartfelt concern and thoughts for your health being improved if at all possible.
