In your opinion, what well-known celebrity/celebrities have no business commanding the attention (and income) they do

because of lack of talent, unsuitability as a role model, disgusting habits, etc.?

    Yes. Unless you believe yourself better than your competitor, your chances of success are greatly reduced - so they say. If so, ego is a key factor in competitive sports. Often (if not always) uber-ego equals obnoxious. Anyway, the thrill of the big purse has replaced love of the game and the thrill of pushing yourself to, and beyond, the limits of your natural ability.
