    I put prepared mustard in many dishes I make from scratch - spaghetti sauce, southwestern rice, macaroni and potato salads.  It gives my dishes a bit of zing.

    I use it when I make BBQ sauce, so that is the possibility of it making it into my oven. I do ribs in the oven occasionally.
