    What's the 't' for?
If you consider 66 elderly, and If you mean don't do, then I am already doing them.

That's my grandmas' favorite topic!  The grosser the health problem, the more they love to talk about it!

My sister never fails to mention her lower digestive tract when I talk to her on the phone.

Walk slightly bow-legged due to pain in feet/legs. I think it looks very unsexy. I have pain in legs/feet myself but  I make effort to walk keeping my legs straight.

It's my destiny to die a slow painful death and wondering what I did to die alone. A roof over my head, while all this happens, is the big question.

    Keep breathing after dementia manifests.

Nothing against those suffering, I wouldn't wish this horror on anyone.  But that is something I hope never happens to me.  Or anyone for that matter.

  • "If you don't use it, you lose it."  I believe that more every day.

It seems to me that too many people make retirement their life goal.
They reach retirement ... go home and sit.  In six months, they're dead.
Too few have a plan for after retirement.  I'm not making that mistake.
