A turkey sandwich on Dutch crunch with tomato, avocado, lettuce, and Dijon sounds about perfect to me. :) I also love banh mi and any sandwiches with salami in them.
I love reuben sandwiches too, but with the corned beef. I used to buy turkey pastrami years ago because my girls loved it by itself or for sandwiches. A turkey pastrami sandwich made just like a reuben is delish!
Lately my favorites have been scrambled egg sandwiches on toast as well as tomato/mayo sandwiches on toast. I've only been buying rye and sourdough bread for a while now.
I don't mind a fast food hamburger, but I like Bacon-lettuce & tomato sandwiches. I toast 12 grain bread and use my own homegrown old fashioned heirloom tomatoes. You bite into one of those suckers and the juice runs down yer chin.
Reuben with REAL PASTRAMI. Turkey pastrami is sacrilege and punishable by eating nothing but PBJs for a year. I thought it was sammich.
