Do you realize that there's an entire generation that has never taken a picture with a camera that they held right against the eye?

Remember the old viewfinder?  It was the size of your eye, and if it wasn't within an inch of your eye, you'd never know what you were photographing, lol!  I remember the first time I saw someone holding a camera at arm's length to take a photo. I thought, "How in the heck can you be sure of what you're doing?"

    You can't get the films developed nowadays.

    They are still being used...But they are digital.

      You're right, the cameras themselves are still being used, but there are some whippersnappers who wouldn't know a thing about them.

  • "Yes" ... I used a Canon A-1 for quite a few years. 
    I used three or four different lens, a bunch of filters ...
    it was interesting and fun.
