    What's the outgo or what are the outgoings.  Like they say in Scotland.  Get with the program, laddie.  I hope this member is from Scotland.   It is the avatar that is throwing me in that direction.   Maybe he is in Uganda and liked the King of Scotland.  I don't really know.
